Office Policy

Complimentary Consultation

Our initial consultation is complimentary. However, it is one of the most important appointments throughout your entire orthodontic treatment, and thus, an allotment of time has been specially reserved for you. All we ask is that you please provide us with the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This way, someone else who is waiting for an appointment has the opportunity to see us.

Cancellations

We appreciate that your time is extremely valuable; and we hope you understand that our time is as well. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please kindly provide us with as much advanced notice as possible, preferably at least 24 hours. This allows us to rearrange our schedule to accommodate your scheduling change and/or spend more time with emergency patients or fit in a patient that has been waiting to come to our office. That having been said, we understand that situations will arise unexpectedly that may force you to miss your appointment and we will do our best to reschedule you.
